Zummo Boudain Stuffed Chicken Breast

  • 1 pkg Zummo Boudain
  • 4 large Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 4 Slices of Bacon
  • 3/4 c. Wish Bone Italian Dressing
  • Toothpicks

 

Season chicken breast, then open them up and place ½ stick of Zummo Boudain (with casing removed) into chicken breast. Roll breast up rapping a slice of bacon around each breast. Keep closed with toothpick.

Marinate the stuffed beast in dressing for about 3 hours in the refrigerator. Discard marinade and place breast in baking dish sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove toothpicks.

 

Poor Mans Kabob’s

  • 2 pkgs Zummo Boudain
  • 2 pkgs Zummo Sausage
  • 1 pkg Mushrooms
  • 1 pkg Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 Bell Peppers
  • 1 Onion
  • 6 Wooden Skewers

 

Slice ingredients and alternate vegetable, Zummo Boudain, and Zummo Sausage onto skewers. Season to taste. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or you can grill on the pit.

 

Stuffed Bell Peppers

  • 2 pkgs Zummo Boudain
  • 4 Bell Peppers

 

Blanch peppers in water till soft. Drain on paper towel then put in baking dish. Fill each pepper with one stick of Zummo Boudain. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

 

Zummo Boudain Dip

  • 1 pkg Zummo Boudain
  • 2 tbls Mayo or Miracle Whip
  • 1 pint Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp TEXJOY Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper

 

Warm Zummo Boudain in microwave for about 15 seconds for moistness. Take off casing and place in bowl. Add all ingredients and stir till combined well. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Serve with crackers or dip with chips.

 

Spicy Zummo Boudain Balls

  • 2 pkgs Zummo Boudain
  • 1 tbls Catalina Salad Dressing
  • 1 tbls Ranch Salad Dressing
  • 1 Egg
  • Breadcrumbs

 

Remove casings from Zummo Boudain Crumble in a mixing bowl. Add salad dressings, egg, and mix by hand until it holds together enough to make into balls. Roll in breadcrumbs. Bake on a Pam sprayed cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Makes 30-35 balls.

 

Zummo Sausage Spaghetti Sauce

  • 1 pkg Zummo Sausage
  • 1 Pound Ground Meat
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 1 Large Bell Pepper
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • Olive oil
  • 2 Bottles Marinara Sauce of Your Choice
  • Your Favorite Pasta

 

Brown meat in skillet and drain grease.  Next, dice onion, garlic, and bell pepper and sauté with 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Then, dice sausage into small pieces. Add all ingredients with sauce in a large pot and cook on medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mix with cooked pasta and serve. Feeds 6-8 people.

 

Zummo Cocktail Appetizers

  • 1 pkg Zummo Sausage
  • 1 bottle Zummo’s Bar B Q Sauce

 

Great for any get together. Simply slice sausage into pieces about ½ inch thick. Put sausage and bar b q sauce in Crock pot on medium heat until ready to eat. Serve with toothpicks or pretzel sticks.

 

Zummo Party Time Cajun Crawfish Boil

  • 30 pounds of Large Crawfish
  • 5 pounds Zummo’s Party Time Sausage
  • 1 Bag Whole New Potatoes
  • 1 Bag Mini Corn on the Cobs
  • 1 Carton Mushrooms
  • 1 Bottle Liquid Crab Boil
  • 1 Jar Powdered Seafood Seasoning
  • 3 Sticks of Butter
  • 3 Lemons

 

In a very large pot, bring water to a boil. Squeeze lemons and throw in pot. Add liquid crab boil and butter to boiling water. Cut sausage links in half. Boil potatoes for 5 minutes, then add sausage, corn, and mushrooms to pot. Continue cooking until potatoes are fully cooked and remove from pot. Next, boil  crawfish for 5 minutes, turn off heat and cover. Let crawfish sit in with potatoes, sausage, corn and mushrooms. Sprinkle seafood seasoning to reach desired level of heat. Enjoy!
